This work was assigned by FAZ for stories on Kendo and Kjudo. In both
cases Paola went to research the subjects in action, making many sketches.

PP tried to depict the philosophy that informs these ancient oriental sports.

Kendo was used by German companies to train their managers in combactive
behaviour.This is the subject of the article.

Kjudo is the art of mastering oneself through descipline and self
knoledge.
